These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 2026ph4 ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 2026ph4.vip. By registering an account, accessing any part of the 2026ph4 platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2026ph4 is a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming platform designed for Filipino players. 2026ph4 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on 2026ph4. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. 2026ph4 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to confiscate funds held therein.

When registering your 2026ph4 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address.
• Maintain and update your registration details promptly whenever they change, particularly your registered mobile number, which is used for account recovery and OTP verification.
• Keep your login credentials, including your password and any OTPs, strictly confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• Notify 2026ph4 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your 2026ph4 account, whether or not authorised by you.

2026ph4 processes Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Players may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (UMID, Philippine Passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed for the first time or when transaction thresholds are exceeded.

All financial transactions on 2026ph4 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and InstaPay.

Deposits:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the platform's current payment schedule. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals average under 10 minutes. Bank transfers average 1–3 business hours.
• 2026ph4 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending verification of player identity, source of funds, or compliance with applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• Players who have accepted bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements in full before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.

2026ph4 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 2026ph4 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer is subject to specific wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements) which must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly within each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one bonus offer may be active at a time per player account, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games specified in the relevant promotion. Certain games (including some live dealer tables) may not contribute to wagering requirements or may be entirely excluded from bonus play.

• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or systematic exploitation of promotions — will result in disqualification, account suspension, and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings.

• Random Number Generators (RNG): All non-live games on 2026ph4 use certified RNG systems that have been independently tested and verified for statistical fairness and unpredictability.

• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any game, promotion, bonus, or platform vulnerability.

• Allowing any third party to use or access your 2026ph4 account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 2026ph4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings, or business interruption arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

2026ph4's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any and all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player into their 2026ph4 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

2026ph4 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the platform entirely at their own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 2026ph4's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

2026ph4 processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the 2026ph4 platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data shared with PAGCOR and the AMLC as required by Philippine law.

2026ph4 implements technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption on all login and financial transactions, and restricted access to player data within the organisation. 2026ph4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Confirmed under-age access.
• Self-exclusion request by the player.
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months (inactive account fees may apply as notified separately).

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including bonus funds and associated winnings — may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated by 2026ph4 for reasons other than player misconduct, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following successful identity verification.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal dispute, players are encouraged to contact 2026ph4 customer support to attempt informal resolution. 2026ph4 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

Players with unresolved complaints regarding licensed gaming activities may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels. 2026ph4 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.

2026ph4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 2026ph4 will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the 2026ph4 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
